    DEPOSIT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

    Deposits are non-refundable.
    If you can’t make the date because something has come up, I may hold your deposit at my discretion.
    In cases like this, organising with me and communicating well is expected.

    If you have paid a deposit and then mess around in the leadup to our date, I will keep the deposit you have paid and will ask for a reimbursement of hotel fees that have already been made towards your booking.

    If I have to cancel our date, happy to refund your deposit OR credit this to a later date.
