  DEPOSIT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
  

  Deposits are non-refundable.
  If you can’t make the date because something has come up, please send the whole booking fee to hold your booking for a later date.
  Life happens, I get it! In cases like this, organising with me and communicating well is expected.
  
  If you have paid a deposit and then act in an untoward manner in the leadup to our date or during the date itself, I keep the deposit you have paid as well as your booking fee and cancel your booking.
  
  If I have to cancel our date, happy to refund your deposit OR credit this to a later date.
  
  

  Last but Not Least
  

  When you make your request, know that your message will be read by me.
  I am protective of my energy and time, so I have high expectations about who I choose to meet.
